Project:
Through our Corporate Plan, a well-known mining company in southern Peru recently acquired two essential pieces of equipment for its operations in difficult access areas: a Komatsu D65 bulldozer and a Caterpillar 420F2 backhoe loader.
From the very first meeting, our technical and commercial team worked closely with the customer to identify their operational needs. Thanks to our international network of suppliers, we were able to procure the equipment with less than 1,500 hours of use, fully overhauled and ready to operate.
The challenge
The transaction included full customs documentation, legal assistance for importation and remote technical support during start-up. In addition, the client opted for our extended warranty service, which covers mechanical failures during the first 12 months of operation.
Conclusion
One of the highlights of this project was the delivery to a mining area at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, which represented a major logistical challenge, successfully solved thanks to our transportation partners in the region.
